Hi Jacob, there is a regular changing of the guard ceremony at the Deoksu Palace. On this occasion after the ceromny they headed back through central Seoul; not sure why. Perhaps going back to their barracks? Cheers...
Looks like a great festival. Lots of color and energy from the costumes.
